Area 2. MYH4D CoP of people who live with dementia and family caregivers

Session 2.2: Personal device

The organisation of daily private and social task and the movement inside the community could be stressors for person with dementia and, consequently for their caregivers. Personal daily task as nutrition, personal hygiene, movement indoor and outdoor, communication vis a vis or by device could became hard issues to person with dementia. Sharing technological devices to better coping daily tasks as food shopping, clothes washing, walking, calling on telephone is an add values for MYH4D CoP that could ameliorate quality of life of person with dementia and their caregivers. Technological devices collections to facilitate daily tasks of person with dementia will be described, respecting no advertising policy of EU Erasmus plus programmes.

Please use the following form to describe ATI/personal devices as facilitated agenda, family GPS, GPS shoes, sensor pressures carpets. The aim is to provide persons affected by dementia with suggestions of devices that might help them in better coping with private and social tasks.
